Underage drivers may apply, but EFVD may request parent or guardian consent before participation.

Staff reviews your preparation, experience, availability and conduct.

Application Flow
Choose one route. Your saved profile is reused if you return for another season.
-
01
Choose how to compete
Apply for the announced three-event Licensed Driver season, or choose individual-event Wild Card entry.
-
02
Complete your application
New drivers provide identity, setup, availability and Steam. Season candidates also answer the three event availability, experience, car or team and license questions.
-
03
Wait for a decision
Staff can send a license offer, approve Wild Card eligibility, place the entire application on hold, or reject participation.
-
04
Follow My EFVD
A selected season candidate accepts or declines the private offer. Acceptance assigns the Licensed Driver role; season-pass payment then confirms the three-event place.
AP-05
Required Application Information
New drivers provide their driver details, setup, general availability and Steam account once. A season application adds expected availability for all three rounds, competition and EFVD experience, planned car or team, motivation and confirmation of the displayed conduct and technical expectations.
| Information | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Driver details | Helps staff identify you and contact you about your application. |
| Driving setup | Confirms the driver has a wheel and pedal setup for competition. |
| Availability | Confirms you can attend required event sessions. |
| Steam account | Required public Steam profile link or 17-digit account ID. |
| Guide/conduct agreement | Required confirmation between the two forms. |
| Competition history / results (optional) | Share series/events, approximate dates, your competition alias and any results you would like to include. |
| Driving footage / social links (optional) | Share recent complete lead/chase runs, including unlisted videos, and public profiles such as Instagram, YouTube or Twitch. |
AP-06
Application Review Criteria
Staff checks the following when reviewing your application.
| Application factor | What staff checks |
|---|---|
| Preparation | Rules understood and a usable competition setup described. |
| Experience | Enough context to understand current competition readiness. |
| Conduct | Respectful communication and no avoidable drama. |
| Availability | The driver can reasonably participate in EFVD events. |
| Accuracy | Application information is truthful, current and complete. |
AP-07
Application Outcomes
Your application status tells you what happens next. A season-license refusal does not require a second application when staff approves Wild Card eligibility.
| Outcome | What it means |
|---|---|
| License offer | Review the complete private offer, then accept the season position or choose individual events only. |
| Wild Card eligible | The season license was not offered, but you may register separately for individual rounds without applying again. |
| Unpaid position released | If an accepted Season Pass is not paid by its deadline, staff may release the season position. You remain approved to request individual rounds as a Wild Card. |
| On hold | Staff needs to speak with you before granting any new access. |
| Rejected | EFVD participation was not approved. No new driver role or event access is granted. |
